“SMALL CHANGE MAKES A GREAT DIFFERENCE”

Cleaning your stay will make your life better. The initiation started with cleaning our campus with help of 50+ student volunteers on 06/10/2021. By participating in clean-ups, students can create immediate results and permanent changes in their local areas. Clean-ups should serve as catalysts for permanent changes in attitudes and behavior and encourage the adoption of practices (i.e. recycling) that can have a profound effect on waste management in the community. Clean Up the World's purpose is to promote and encourage environmental awareness and discussion of pollution and associated issues by encouraging and coordinating clean-up campaigns. Clean-up was carried out by groups of student volunteers of the KSRCT working together in the college to make that institution a cleaner place to live. The volunteers work together to remove garbage from designated sites, taking care that disposal of that garbage is managed in a responsible manner. The sites are often areas such as pathways, waterways, open areas, grounds, outside the canteens, and roadsides and it was chosen by the student volunteers to clean. Clean-up was designed to be enjoyable activities that encourage students to take greater care of their institutional areas on an ongoing basis. We empower students in departments all over the college to make a difference in the local environment.
